The rent payment should be made by the time of your check-in or by advance bank transfer.
For guests staying over a month the first month rent and the security deposit shall be charged in advance or at the time of the check-in.
The rent payment can also be made by credit card - VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS (or DISCOVER from Mar. 1st 2010)

Azabu Court requests all guests to pay the following security deposits:

Guests with lease terms of less than 1 month may

Security deposits are refundable upon settlement of all debt owed to Azabu Court. |

Additional guests are charged an extra 1,500 yen per guest per day. |
| 7. |
Rent includes all utilities costs. |
| 8. |
Room fares shall include a 5% consumption
tax . |

For the security of all our guests, at the time of your check-in we kindly ask you to show us an ID (Passport, Driver's License or Alien Registration) and to let us take a copy of it. |

A cancellation fee after reservation confirmation is charged as follows:
