You can select from 4 types of rooms, according to your needs and the number of persons.

The number of persons included in the rent are 1 for Standard Studios and Large Studios, 2 for One Bedroom Suites and 3 for the Two Bedroom Suite. Additional guests limited according to the above chart can stay by paying an extra charge of ¥1,500 per person.

* We provide extra futon set (Italian brand Magniflex) for the additional guest. The sofa in the living room can also be set as a bed and the guests can choose from both.
* Children under 2 years old are not charged.

Azabu Court's room rates are [daily] for guests staying up to 5 nights, [weekly] for those staying from 6 nights to 29 nights and [monthly] for guests staying over 30 nights, discounted according to the stay length. Further discount applies for guests staying over 3 months and over 1 year.

We ask for a refundable security deposit for guests staying more than one month. Such security deposit is refunded upon the guest's check-out.
